Auto Row Slitting & Capping System

1.  Description

This system automatically feeds the finished rows from magazine and cuts them into cells.  The cells are collected in a bottle through a chute on the discharge side and then transferred to a conveyor, where they are automatically inspected for missing strips by a load cell and capped.


2.  Special Features

(1) The row loading/supplying part uses a lift method (servo motor) to prevent errors in which two rows are overlapped and fed 

(2) Optimized space utilization with 2 sets of auto feeding slitter and capping system 

(3) All processes are automatic design except bottle feeding

(4) Using displacement sensor to check the error of feeding 2 rows overlapping 

(5) Improved cutting quality by using a servo motor as a slitter drive motor to maintain a steady cutting speed. 

(6) Improving cutting quality by synchronizing slitting timing using servo motor for slitting pusher

(7) Inspection of missing strips by load cell

Auto Sheet Slitter

1. Description 

The system automatically feeds the finished sheets loaded into the magazine, cutting them into rows. Vision system and robot classify them as good and bad (bad cell included row) and put them into separate magazines. 

This automatic sorting system ensures that bad cells are not mixed into the bottle in the subsequent cell slitting and bottling process, enabling convenient production process management.


2. Features 
(1) The sheet loading part is designed in lift type to avoid the error of feeding two sheets at the same time and prevent sheet damage.
(2) Vision inspection (defective cell inspection, cutting position inspection - servo motor automatically control)
(3) Preventing finished row damage, cut rows discharge separately (up/down) after cutting 
(4) good and bad rows identified by vision inspection are separately collected into magazine
